Centennial Village - Olds College

This four story student residence provides housing for 450 students and encompasses 125,000 square feet of area. In 2013 Shunda Construction and IBI Group were brought in as the design-build construction team. Design elements including double beds, 4ft closets, boot rooms and the exercise room resulted from student feedback.
